one you want to change jobs or go back to—or enter—school? Randstad Canada lists the 15 most in-demand jobs in Canada for 2023 as employers across the country are still actively hiring, despite the economic downturn.
For the current year, the technology, healthcare and customer service sectors are among the most in-demand positions in Canada in 2023 according to Randstad, a leader in the human resources services industry.
Executive vice-president at Randstad Canada, Marie-Pier Bédard, points out, however, that there are also several jobs available that require relatively little general education and that offer good salaries.
Inflation protection demanded
As e-commerce is still popular in 2023, this sector also presents several jobs in demand.
According to Randstad Canada, companies are looking for digital marketing coordinators, customer service representatives and business analysts, among others.
